Rule 14
Determining the number of posts on the basis of the percentage of filling positions
After receiving the information regarding the demand for employees in accordance with Rule 13, the Public Service Commission will determine the number of posts based on the percentage of vacancies to be filled by promotion through open competition or performance evaluation and internal competitive examination in accordance with Section 8 of the Act.
